Class Description

M.Sc. In Physics(Electronics and telecommunication) E(I)

A master’s degree is a postgraduate degree for students who want to become more skilled or specialized in a particular discipline. While bachelor’s and other undergraduate degrees typically give a relatively broad overview of a particular area of study, master’s degrees tend to be more focused and allow students to develop the depth of their knowledge in a particular subject, putting them on the right course to become leaders in their fields.

Duration: 2 years (Four semesters)

Intake capacity : 20

The course consist of 4 papers each of 60 marks as follows:

The vision of Institute is to provide a high quality university level education in the field of physics, training students to gain scientific skills and practical skills in the areas of education and scientific research to keep up with ongoing developments in science. Student teacher relations are very friendly due to which we can shape the carrier as per their ability and capability which results in 100% placement of our students. Every year our students are selected for Advance Diploma in radiotherapy at Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai. The selection is on the basis of written tests and interview at national level. We encourage and provide guidance to students for different competitive examinations. We feel proud to say that all our students are employed in different fields like industries, IT, research, civil services; defense services medical fields, etc.
Department of Physics - 2011
  •   The specific objective of our department is to provide the student with a broad understanding of the physical principles of the universe, to help them develop critical thinking and quantitative reasoning skills, to empower them to think creatively and critically about scientific problems and experiments, and to provide training for students planning careers in physics and in the physical sciences broadly defined, including those whose interests lie in research, or college teaching, industrial jobs, or other sectors of our society.
