PROFILE

Dr. Tanaji B. Mane has been working in Shri S.H. Kelkar College, Devgad since 10th, July 1991. He obtained his Ph. D. degree from Shivaji University in 2003. His topic of Ph. D. research is ‘Spectroscopic Measurement of Atmospheric Ozone and Water Vapour Densities’. He have completed UGC minor research project entitled ‘Study of Background Nuclear Radiation’ and University of Mumbai minor research project entitled ‘Radio Analytical Study of Potassium in Potassium Contening Fertilizers’. His area of interest is Atmospheric Science, Nuclear and Radiation Physics, Electronics and Electrodynamics. He has published six research papers in reputed international journals and three papers in BARC proceedings. He has presented research papers in national and international conferences and BARC symposiums. He is a recognized Ph. D. guide in Physics of JJT, University, Rajasthan. He is teaching for UG and PG students and worked as examiner for theory and practical examinations of university. He has nominated and worked on various committee of University of Mumbai, such as selection committee for the selection of faculty, CAS committee and LIC committee for various colleges. Presently he is a member of BOS in physics of university of mumbai.
