DEPARTMENT OF LIFELONG LEARNING AND EXTENSION
Department Of Lifelong Learning And Extension(DLLE) commenced in the college since 2006-2007,under the guidelines of University of Mumbai.
Objective of Extension activities :
1.To prepare a student for a greater Social Commitment.
2.To organize programmes aimed at inculating value system.
3.To encourage the students to participate in diverse activities at University Level foram.
4.To guide and support the students to enhance their capabilities and performance.
5.To enhance the inbuilt skills and qualities of the student.
6.To give student an opportunity of event management.
7.To make the student aware of social problems.
8.To make the student concern about social behavior.
9.To make the student concern about social interaction.
The Department Of Lifelong Learning And Extension (DLLE) was established on October 12,1978 and has been recognized as a statutory Department and one of the authority of University of Mumbai since 1994 , to promote a meaningful and sustained rapport between University, Colleges and Community.As per the schedules of the Department,Extension Activities undertaken through the Postgraduate Departments,Affiliated Colleges and its Teacher and Students forms a major part in promoting a meaningful and Sustained Rapport between the Universities and Community by introducing Of Lifelong Learning,Extension which have been considered for academic credit.Ten additional marks at the Final Exam on completion of work on the extension work project undertaken and submission of project report under University ordinance 229.A in an academic year.
University of Mumbai organizing UDAAN FESTIVAL every year,where SKIT competition and POSTER competition were organized. Our college honoured with prizes to Best poster and Best skit. University of Mumbai organizing First Term Training Programme and Second Term Training Programme to Extension work Teacher and Student Manager.
