Open quota Naval Unit has been approved in the year 2015-16 in S. H. Kelkar college, Devgad, under 2 Maharashtra Naval unit, Ratnagiri. 11 N.C.C. Cadets are trained in S. H. Kelkar College, Devgad. All the 11 Cadets got passing grade B in the year 2016-17.
